1. I love how Bill describes the role of the private sector vs the role of govt. Bill is a great example of how to put your money where your mouth is and take the lead. The role of govt is to set the conditions for success for the private sector.
2. Alleviating climate change is the debate of our lives but how do we get our population aligned especially from a govt policy perspective. I would start off by using a rule based on my experience - the 20/60/20 rule.
3. 20% of the people r already there and want to move as quick as possible. 20% of the people you will never change their mind despite any logical debate as it’s a matter of ideology. It’s the 60% in the middle that u focus in on and u try to convince half of those 60% with facts
