Then there are semi nude stage dances in various university campuses across bihar, Patna prominently. Eve teasers have a free run on Visarjan day throwing colors at girls, looting shops in the way, all these are annual phenomena. +
We all know how Holi is nightmare for girls and women in Delhi and other places. Only water filled( no color) balloons are thrown so that the suit, saree becomes translucent.

Festivals have been hijacked by anti socials, who are in plenty. Can't keep blaming only communists.
