Self love — taking time to love and appreciate yourself, flaws and all. Treating your body like the amazing creation is it and practicing mindfulness. Doing activities that promote your mental health and bring you joy
Friend love — recognizing the love your friends bring into your life. There is no right or wrong way to have a friendship and you know you’re lucky for the ones you have. Platonic love is just as valid and important as romantic love
Family love — whether it’s your blood family or found family, these people lift you up and support you. The thought of them gives you daily strength and courage to be your best and make them proud
Pet love — pets are valid companions and make you feel wanted, needed, and loved. You are allowed to love them as much as people and let them fill your heart with their affection
Online friend love — yes, online friends are still friends and you are allowed to love them just like real life friends. Friendship can cross vast distances and the love between you proves that
Passion love — as in, love for your passions and hobbies. You can love what you do, from reading books, drawing, hiking, playing games... your passions should bring you joy and make you feel content and fulfilled. Always love what brings you happiness
Nature love — love and appreciation for the earth and all it gives you. Breathing in fresh air, watching a sunrise, caring for your plants... when these things make your heart swell with thankfulness and joy for life
Enduring love — love for people you’ve lost that will never leave you. Memories and experiences that spark warmth and continue to as time goes on. This love doesn’t have to be as consuming or bright as others but it’s constant
