The report accuses that “Pakistan is pushing a propaganda effort to convince the FATF to take Islamabad out of the grey list and not push it into the black list” quoting a ‘Special report’ by Center of Political and Foreign Affairs on anti-terrorism task force. -5
The author is a person named ‘Ronald Duchimen’ who apparently works for this France based think tank CPFA. Here is where the ‘ #paawri’ begins. Even CPFA website has no introduction of this person. -6
The person ‘Ronald Duchimen’ has no digital footprint, whatsoever. The only trace is mentioned as a prisoner name Ronald Duchimen who was executed in Haiti in 1976. -7
Now let’s explore how credible this think tank is where this ‘special report’ was published. The think tank does not have any contact information, details of office etc. The about us page mentions it as action tank focused on government policies and geo-politics. -8
There is no content in the articles section of this Think tank that has been working since ten years, except this ‘Special Report on Pakistan’ #FATF -9
The site carries many images, of various events showcasing renowned political and international leaders. Claims to have hosted 100s of world leaders. But no details of these events, talks, findings, papers, etc. -10
The President of this think tank is a person named, ‘Fabien Baussart’. He and his Syrian origin Wife ‘Randa Kassis’ appear in most images posted on the CPFA website gallery, with leaders, policy practitioners, intel chiefs, diplomats. -11
The couple was at the center of a controversy involving ex-US president Trump’s eldest son. Who flew to France for a lunch with a Syrian peace activist Randa Kiss and also addressed her French businessman’s Think Tank’s seminar for a whopping $50000 - 12
Kassis boasted in a Facebook post about her links with Russian Government, “I succeeded to pass Trump, through the talks with his son, the idea of how we can cooperate together to reach the agreement between Russia and the United States on Syria,”-13
Fabien Baussart is also on record suggesting a ‘Nobel Peace Prize’ for Vladimir Putin -14
There are so many details, with an incriminating evidence on this think tank was serving Russian Interests against US, with notable western outlets exposing Baussart and his shady think tank. -15

Will Pakistan protest with France against this individual Fabien Baussart and his think tank, who is well known within French intelligence community for being controversial? he was involved in famous Sarkozy and French Spy Chief Squarcini scandal as well. -18
