That version of "biological sex" would literally serve no purpose but to be transphobic.

If sex truly was a binary, trans hrt wouldn't work
If sex truly was "real", it would actually matter medically, rather than the hormones that are dominant being a larger player, and that not even being incredibly relevant

Any study about neurodivergencies or mental illness or affects of certain treatments that use "sex" or "gender" as a variable never include trans people.
If they do, they're binary
