I believe both of these songs are about stunting and I think they're both addressing two different people. Zayn has used You and She in his music a lot and I think that's an important distinction. This is a good thread explaining his use of You vs. She. https://twitter.com/Scarlet_beats/status/1360850331945607170?s=20
In my opinion/interpretation, I think Zayn is talking to You in It's You. In Wrong, I think he's talking to You in the verses and She in the chorus.
Okay, I'll talk about Wrong first. Verse 1:

"Oh, you and I, in the same place"
Obviously this could mean physical location but I think he's talking about an emotional place. Like they're on the same level about their relationship and where they want it to go.

"Show me in the same light"
I've talked a little bit about this in the past (I haven't done a deeper analysis yet) but there's a consistent theme of the use of dark vs light in all the boys' music. To me "show me in the same light" sounds like he's saying they're in the same +

+ situation where they're in the "dark" and they want they're struggles and they're relationship to be brought to light.
"Feels right when we take flight"
It feels so natural when we come together. To me, this is about a same sex relationship because of the whole feels right/natural thing. Also, flight is another theme that's used a lot along with light. They use flight when talking about freedom

"This ain't a fair fight, yeah, wanna shed light on the subject"
Oh lookey loo, more light v dark! "This ain't a fair fight" What straight relationship has to fight this hard for their love? "Shed light on the subject" ? What subject? Closeting? Yeah. Yup. 100%.
