To my disabled southerners experiencing snow for the first time:

-if the ground looks wet but it’s cold out, that’s black ice, avoid it.

-sometimes indoors is more dangerous than outdoors. Careful which floor cleaning products you use because of mixed with rock salt

It will create a slippery slime that doesn’t dry.

-outdoor Ramps are more dangerous. If Salted, the water will gather at the bottom and freeze there.

-If you are a crutch user and must walk outside, stick to the places where there are borders along the sidewalk and place

Crutches along that border for less slippery stability.
