Given that there are many entrepreneurs here and you also probably have loved ones that are entrepreneurs,

I wanted to share this advice about franchises in case anyone ever considers getting into one, even as a silent investor.

//thread//
At one time I got burned and lost a lot of savings because I bought a US based franchise - Franchises are not always assets.

Whenever anyone asks me if they should buy one, I say NO don’t do it- unless you’re just ONE type of person.

Here's are questions to find out below:
Do you want to create your own brand?

Don’t buy a franchise.

Do you want to create your own system?

Don’t buy a franchise.

Do you want to be free to make your own decisions on how you spend your money?

Don’t buy a franchise.
Do you want to leave your job to be in charge and you don’t have at least 1 year’s worth of savings?

Don’t buy a franchise.

Do you want a 40% chance of buying into a Ponzi scheme?

Don’t buy a franchise.
Do you want to leave your job to be in charge, you don’t want to start your own system, you have at least 1 year’s worth of savings, you don’t mind doing smart research before buying, and you are ok being told how to spend your money?

Franchising could be right for you.
