How to build a better lifestyle.

8 key life aspects to analyze.

// Thread
1) Analyze your relationships

Everyone around you has an impact. Family, friends, partners, colleagues. Some make your life better. Others don’t. Emotional attachment plays against you. “Is this person affecting negatively?”. If yes, you have 2 options: Eliminate or distance.
2) Analyze your daily work

Most of the day is spent working. Ask, “Is this what I want to be doing every day? And in 12 months?”. You can consider changing teams. Changing your daily routine. Outsourcing tasks. List the things you don’t enjoy. Aim to improve it. Avoid comfort.
3) Analyze your location

It can be a messy room. Your house. Neighbourhood. Even city. Question your surroundings. Physical environments influence your thinking/feelings. City or rural? House or apartment? Small or big place? Focus on your daily mood. Reduce unnecessary stress.
4) Analyze your systems

Build routines. Reduce the number of daily decisions you make. Automate. List all of your distractions. What is not letting you focus? Can the task be completed by someone else? If yes, pay for it. Better processes. Greater productivity. Greater results.
5) Analyze your money

Is money moving or sitting? You better move it. Take small bets, calculated risks. Lose money, make mistakes. Learn, multiply it. Evaluate your expenses & focus on increasing income. Opportunities everywhere so keep an open mind. Welcome innovation, invest.
6) Analyze your free time

Self-employed or 9-5. What are you doing on the side? Netlfix, gaming, socializing. There is time for everything. Problem arises when activities stop your growth. All with balance. Use free time to organize yourself. Learn new skills. Time is expensive.
7) Analyze your health

Move your body. Keep your mind strong. Sitting down all day won’t do good. Go for walks, runs, stretch, lift, push-ups. Whatever it is, exercise. It will have a positive impact on yourself. High energy levels. Determination. Self-confidence. Just do it.
8) Analyze your perspective

It gets better when realizing that no life is perfect. That everyone has limited time. That everyone is building their story. Be grateful. If you dislike something, you are in power to change it. One decision changes your journey. Evaluate. Action.
You create your life.

You build your mind.

You change your life.
