2: He is granting privileges to the military and police, encouraging them to be more faithful to him than to the constitution.
3: Forming alliances with the economic lobbies that control congress and dishing out pork to guarantee a sizable parliamentary support base.
4: Dishing out favors to the economic groups that are pillaging Brazil (ex: miners, rentiers, loggers, international financial conglomerates) in exchange for support and financing.
5: Forming a communications network with aligned media companies and attacking and disqualifying the democratic, independent media and its journalists.
6: Deconstruction and de-legitimization of parliament and the judiciary by characterizing them as enemies of the people.
7: Subverting key state agencies such as the federal police, ABIN national intelligence agency, tax and regulatory agencies.
8: Co-opting control agencies such as the Public Prosecutors Office and sectors of the judiciary to protect his sons and political allies from corruption investigations.
9: Forming alliances with conservative religious groups that are created "armies for the new crusades" by offering fiscal privileges for their leaders to launder the money of their followers.
10: Large investments in generating fake news to maintain his fascist and ultraconservative social base.
