I increasingly see TRAs stringing together collections of fancy sounding words to try and rationalise a belief system and pretend it is rooted in science and reality instead of a faith-based belief system. It will normally go something along the lines of

can fulfil some of the following:
1) show off how clever and *sesquipedalian* you are for an ego boost and to force people to spend time interpreting what you said to counter it

Now I am not opposed to a good word on occasion: I do prefer 'frangible ego' (fragile but in an egg-shell like manner where it shatters). But when you use it to avoid base truths, it just muddies the debate rather than adding clarity.

Consider the succinct 'Woman: adult human female' and the lengths people go to come up with complicated paragraphs to find a way to describe women that will allow men to use the same definition!

to use clear and simple language to explain concepts and ideas, and will know that people switch off when they cannot understand what you are saying.
Online, people rely on others switching off to derail them from arguing and when I see this kind of nonsense,
