I see a big percentage of esports folks thinking now:
But in esports you work 24/7 ! Grind is real.
I would just like those to consider how costly is it to reach a point where you just need to leave all work related stuff for days, not hours. Because you're overwhelmed.

Can you afford those 'shutdown' situations in a long run? What if it hits you when you are needed to be at your peak performance?
Grind all you want, but if you push too hard, it might surprise you at the most awkward moment.
