After experimenting with new sounds on TESTING, I really can’t wait to hear what he does next. Testing is kind of weak to me if I’m being honest, but I loved seeing Rocky try new things and I’m looking forward to hearing him pushing himself musically in the future :)

After Flower Boy, I don’t think anybody expected his next album to sound the way it did. IGOR is a masterpiece in every sense of the word. The way it fuses genres together is brilliant, and it gave us some of the most gorgeous songs of the decade.

- After IGOR he went on to appear on more underground rappers’ albums (WSG & Freddie) to showcase his rapping abilities. Whether he decides to push the sound he started with IGOR even further, or whether he decides to do a full hiphop album, I’m excited to hear it either way

- possibly witnessing a shift in The Weeknd musically. He recently said in an interview that he’s currently very focused on music, and that the BLM movement as well as the pandemic is inspiring the music he’s working on at the moment.
I’m looking forward to possibly hearing a more socially conscious Abel, and I’m looking forward to seeing whether or not he’ll continue living the lifestyle that he has been living for the past decade

I had to include him. The man reinvents himself with every new album. LP10 (Donda apparently got scrapped besides a couple songs) sounds like it’ll be featuring more trap-centered production. I hope he’ll be able to successfully pull this sound off

With the release of his last album, uknowhatimsayin¿, Danny went away from his previous erratic, drug-fueled sound that was prevalent on XXX, Old and AE. He seems to have matured a lot

With the release of his next album, Quaranta, most likely coming this year, I can’t wait to see what he does next. He’s one of the best rappers in the game, and I have complete faith in him to deliver :)
