I’m getting a bit sick and tired of us everyday people being treated as if we are somehow less important than those with their stupid blue ticks. It’s us "normal" people who are the heart of social media. We keep it relevant and we keep it functioning. 1/8
Verified accounts are no more important than the average tweeter, but that’s how we are left feeling. Our voices are quietened because we might disagree with some idiot on the telly. Yet these people on the telly can say what the hell they like and nothing is done! 2/8
On this platform I have seen child abusers have a voice. MPs caught with hundreds of pictures of child rape, people abusing others, threatening others and actually killing others with misinformation. 3/8
When are you going to actually stop people like @emmakennytv @JuliaHB1 @LozzaFox etc etc. These people arent even of much consequence in the grand scheme of things and yet they are permitted to continue. 4/8
Believe me if you started taking action, you would get a lot more respect and Mr and Mrs public will flock to a platform because it has shown some moral backbone 5/8
Well @twitter @jack we ordinary mortals have families and lives too. Just because people don’t know us, doesn’t mean we are less important. We are your bread and butter. 6/8
We have been putting our lives on hold for months now, trying to get some action and for our troubles, we get banned. We get suspended. We get restricted 7/8
What happens to the "names" who spread all the disinformation, or who are convicted child abusers? NOTHING! 8/8
