- removal of exemptions for sex
You do in fact remove sex as a protected characteristic.
This is not difficult to understand, and to claim no such attempt has ever been made, is disingenuous.

If sex remains a protected characteristic but so is gender identity, with no exceptions allowed, then gender identity overrides sex, nullifying the point of sex as a PC. How can you even make laws on the basis of gender ID? Who is the comparison for a male who IDs as a woman?
