Reporting to college
#Part2
Your girl at Machakos country bus alone,at this point everywhere and everyone looked the same,I was scared to death my heart humming like a circuit breaker closing.
fear engulfed when I remembered the words of mum saying "Cherop ing Nairobi making'olonchi chii, kindaun dawa"🤣( Nairobi you don't talk to anyone, unapuliziwa dawa). These words could make me wail when someone came closer to me😂
I was skipping breathes and praying that the person that was supposed to receive me at the bus stop doesn't get late,Zippy my aunty was to pick me up as she was in 3rd year the same college-Ts, evidently she was running late.
Filled with trepidation. My heart was walloping so loud that I was sure anyone around me could hear it. I kept checking time on my 'so expensive phone-Nokia 2310' tons of questions running in my head Where could she be at this time?what is taking her forever?
I turned to look across the road, crowds walking some chatting, some with their heads down, some looking scared and tired presumably heading home after the day's hustle and bustle, some their heads lost in thought.most holding their handbags tightly
as if their life depended on it
as I was gazing and wandering i felt a tap on the shoulder and a familiar voice "Cherop kaiitu? Pole Thika road kumekua na jam" the feeling at this point surpassed the feeling of relieving oneself after long press😂🤦 my mind overthinking kalei ngelee jam ko kakile nee?
nee?(what is this jam she's talking about).Where we come from traffic jam is unheard off🤣
After greetings and introduction as she was being accompanied by a gentleman,of course the question "Nyumbani kunanyesha" haikosangi😂😂.
She says we have to carry the bags- my briefcase and my backbag all the way to Globe (millennials hamtajua hii just ssh😂) .The gentleman interjected and said we could find some Githurai 45
specifically Paradiso buses heading to Thika road(Super metros of then😂😂) at somewhere karibu na http://OTC.to  your favourite kuku kienyiji here, that was Greek😂😂🤦.
We boarded Paradiso, headed to Thika road that was messy and chaotic, the tired me feeling happy
and relieved, i slept.with snail pace we finally reached our alighting point Utalii college,we get to TS at around 2130 hrs exhausted 😌. admitted the next day and my college life started💪
Wait for the academic angles while carrying Theraja and K.A Stroud books😂😂😂😭
