We run an SC draft league with the same people, and I thought a post a reflection on what useful SC insights can be found in this draft.

2) Gawn pick 1, Grundy pick 2. These two have been the most bankable classic captains over the past 3 years.

Preuss was selected in the 18th round, after all 10 teams had picked an onfield ruck, so estimates of 95 (or 90) seem high.

At the start of the draft, our opinions on the pool of players are more similar. The deeper we get in the draft, the further they diverge.

This will make me put more stock into the ranks of Walsh and Docherty, over Ziebell and Milera
