YoungK wrote the original title as 'Want to Want You', but then Sungjin asked "How about 121U?" because the lyrics kept remind him with number 1 and 2 while he did a boxing.

At the end of the song, there's a part where all the vocal members sing. 4 of them went into the recording booth and recorded it.
Just in case there was noise coming in, one member went in front of the mic & the rest of them sat very quietly.
