We still don't have enough data to be sure that a completed course of vaccination (for the Pfizer, 2x doses, 3 weeks apart) prevents asymptomatic transmission. Seymour offers no evidence for his claim that we (and Australia) "stood back" and passed up a chance to get vaccines.
Seymour at this point is just throwing shit at the wall. I don't think he actually believes everything he says, but he's calculating that his potential voters will.
