I’ll explain why: we all know about the jet stream but what many people don’t know is that it’s a result of the difference between cold Arctic air and warm tropical air. What’s happening is that Arctic air is being pushed out and the jet stream moving because of
High blocking pressure and higher temperatures in and around the Arctic. This has happened before but never to this extent. This is the second Arctic blast of this year and it won’t be the last. Our climate is out of wack.
