1. Set qouta.

January qouta, week qouta, monthly qouta. Whatever that you need to do if you perasan ketagihan sangat sangat nak makan all this sweet things
2. Eat sugary things after main meal. Not during perut kosong. Your addiction would be worst. Set, aku hanya boleh minum xx only after this meal. Kalau dh kenyang you dont need any, trust me
3. Word moderations seems so cliche aite, but it works.
Seperti apa yang saudara @azraeimuhamad katakan. Kira duit yang anda spent untuk makan makanan viral, boba tea dan sebagainya. Is it worth it?
Remember. Nothing will go worst by moderations. Kalau you tak berjaga jaga. You will end up just like this. Jangan salahkan makanan kalau nafsu sendiri pun tak boleh kawal.

Prevention is better than cure.
4. Air bergula adalah calorie yang sia sia.

Cukup sekadar merasa, boleh share dgn kawan. Mintak less sugar dan sebagainya. Tapi nutrisi nya zero.

Macam dosa lah, buat tu seronok tapi takda benefit pun. Lama lama memerangkap diri sendiri.
