When I became patient 1133 in the pfizer trial I didn’t know if the vaccine would work or what the timetable would be. But I did know vaccines would be the only thing that got us out of this mess. I felt more comfortable taking my chances with the vaccine than with the virus.

Back then only a few thousand people had taken the vaccine, now millions and millions of people have taken the vaccine. I’m not such a brave person but I knew enough about science to know I would be okay. This is to say when you can get the vaccine, do it!
