As Sissoko is ageing and losing his form i think that the young and talented Bissouma is the perfect replacement for him. Fast, solid, good dribbler and amazing long shots.
For the attacking midfield position Sabitzer is a must. A very good proven player that would work very well under Mourinho and his tactics.

Olise is a young left footed techy player that isn't really proven yet but i think it's a steal for ÂŁ8m.

Hugo is also ageing, the french Maignan is probably one of the most underrated goalkeepers and is 24 so he could still develop.

You probably didn't heard of Araujo, but he is a young fast rb currently playing in the MLS.

Max Aarons may be a bit overrated but he is the most important player for Norwich the last 2 season and is only 20 years old and homegrown.

I love Vini but i don't know if he can do it in the prem and 40m is way too much.

So here you have ons of the best strikers in the prem, Danny Ings. He is open to a move to a bigger club and im sure Tottenham would be perfect for him and him for us.
