I know what I’ll do today, I’ll hang the TV on the wall! Uh, what? The studs are at 24” apart instead of 16” and they couldn’t land them in the right place?
Plywood is going to stick out on the right past the TV but I’m not going to open up the drywall to add more studs.
And now the project is stalled because my batteries are dead. Really don’t why they don’t make corded impact drivers.
That looks pretty close to level to me.
And that’s not going anywhere. Installation manual suggests trying to hang from it and I did and it’s solid.
Can barely see the plywood sticking out the side. But it is visible. Might have to get a bigger TV. Someday.
And now I can turn the TV so I can watch while standing in front of the fire!
Being able to pull it out is also handy for hooking the cables up.
This great! Can stay warm by the fire and still see the TV!
Only thing that would be better is to have it motorized so it automatically tracks me wherever I’m standing.
