Because if you win your morning then it’ll give you the momentum to win the rest of your day!

Here are 7 tips you can use daily to ensure you kill it every morning âś…
1. Plan your day the night before

The best way to get something done is to have a plan.

Make a list of all the things you need to get done tomorrow starting with the important things first & other tasks after.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!
2. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep

This is so simple yet I feel it still needs to be said...

Always make sure you’re getting enough sleep!

How can you expect to do your best work running on 4 hours of sleep everyday?

Allow your body to sleep at least 7-8 hours!
3. Start your day with a glass of water

Sounds silly right? Wrong

Many studies have shown that a simple glass of water to start the morning can get your body functioning.

A quick glass in the morning and you’ll be awake & ready to dominate!
4. Meditate

Meditation is one of the most effective techniques you can use to conquer your mornings.

We’re often in such a rush in the morning & our minds are filled with so many thoughts.

Meditation allows you to navigate through these thoughts & achieve a peace of mind.
5. Listen to something positive

Studies have shown that affirmations & positive self-talk can drastically boost an individuals mood & mindset.

You can either do this while you meditate or when you have some free time like on the way to work.

Start your day with positivity.
6. Start your day with gratitude

It’s too easy to get caught up in all the negative things happening everyday, especially with the media.

Make it a practice to be thankful for at least 3 things every time you wake up

Always be grateful for what you have before asking for more.
7. Make sure you eat breakfast!

It amazes me how many people actually don’t eat breakfast... many opt to just have a coffee instead.

Their excuse? “I’m in a rush, no time”

Truth is, we make time for things that are important to us.

Coffee is not a well-balanced meal.
