ttRPG companies: things that will not give you goodwill among artists are
• NDA just to discuss pay (hell, overzealus NDAs in general)
• Ghosting after payment is brought up
• Obfuscating price by offering a pretty decent sum but then requiring a sweatshop amount of work

@SHelmigh wrote about working with the big companies — and it's a good starting place.
