Let’s start w a few core beliefs:
1. Life is NOT a zero sum game
2. There is no amount of individual achievement that is as fulfilling as seeing people you invest in go on to do great things

2. A place where people feel like Loop is investing more in them as a person and as a professional than any place they’ve ever worked.

2. Pay at or above market equity compensation
