ok so I read 301 in both japanese and english. Here are the following clarifications that I would like to make:

Touya's 'I can't understand that' refers to what Enji says about understanding that there is a world besides being a hero, not that all the kids want to be heroes.
Touya says "Because I'm your son" - lit, Because I am Father's son. I wouldn't have translated it as 'Because I've got you for a Father'. Coupled with the previous tweet, I think the ENG is misleading ppl to think that Touya might not know understand why kids want to be heroes.
Rei literally just says "You're not the one who's hurting the most" - I don't know where the 'don't get to claim' was dug up from.
it's clear that Enji didn't physically abuse Touya. he was mindful about Touya's injuries and recognized that his ambition to surpass AM was harming Touya but clearly didn't know how to stop Touya from training.
at this point in time, Enji and Rei were still capable of having some kinds of discussions;he was able to admit his pigheadedness in trying to surpass AM to her.
my reading of this chapter is that Natsuo and Shouto were born, in part, at least, because Enji and Rei didn't know how else to stop Touya besides show him that it wouldn't be him who surpassed AM - that's what I think the 3 dialogue-less pages are showing, tbh.
Also, Rei's last line 'that you're (Enji) not the only one who didn't see that kid' is clearly and calmly expressing her own sense of guilt over what happened to Touya - and she didn't do it in a blame shunting or hateful or snarky kind of way. Rei is not snarky in the least.
While I have your attention on Rei's tone. This is my gripe with 300.

There is no 'Yes?' in the Japanese. Rei just asks 'What is it about your heart?' lit, 'your heart (is) what...?'

It's a subtle difference but the former is more confrontational than the latter.
And this also from 300. In Rei's appearance in recent chapters, not once has she put the blame solely on Enji nor has she attempted to shift it to him. She's here to own up to what she either did/needed to do better. https://twitter.com/trkano_/status/1358770494745448450?s=19
