The title is Eastern Medicine, Western Illness by Pressrvation. It uses a ton of eastern samples with perfect transitions in its production with a cast of rappers to go over the beats.

This album can act as an introduction to underground greats like Ka, Roc Marciano, Mach-Hommy and Billy Woods.

This album has the song I-78/Capillaries, which features Mach-Hommy. This song was probably most people’s introduction to Mach on here

So if you’re looking to get into more underground hh, this album is a great place to start.
