Fox News makes its money by being included in nearly all basic cable packages. That gets them into a HUGE number if households, which in turn justifies what they charge advertisers.

Many, if not most, cable companies, rope their customers into getting Fox News & therefore

into passively supporting Fox News by way of money from monthly cable fees & increased ad revenue.

Cable companies can do this because 1) the law allows them to & 2) they don’t care if they piss off a few customers.

But if, as a nation, we decided that we were simply no

longer going to put up with that, cable companies would be put in the position of cutting Fox News out of basic cable, or losing MASSIVE numbers of cable subscribers altogether.

In case you aren’t getting that trade off, cable companies make ALL their money from monthly fees.

So if it becomes a choice between keeping Fox News happy or losing huge numbers of steady monthly customers altogether, guess which one they will pick?

My point here is this: WE... you, me, all of us together, actually have the power to break Fox News right now.

We just have

to decide we are willing to give up cable & go to streaming or something else, if that’s what it takes.

If the cable carriers see a big enough movement building on this that they start to worry about their own bottom line, they will drop Fox News out of basic cable like a

hot rock.

That doesn’t end Fox News, altogether.

But in conjunction with the gigantic liability it faces from voting machine lawsuits, & the potential exposure it has over its COVID lies, it gets us pretty damn close.
