Najee Harris, RB Alabama
At 6'1" 230 lbs, the dude is an absolute load at RB.
Before diving into a full film analysis, I currently have him as my RB1. Let's see is that sticks.

When he gets to the edge, he's going to blow someone up like Derrick Henry does. There's no sound, but the smack of the shoulder pads was excellent on this one.
Sorry this looks weird, this is where the clip started. But yeah, the big fella is agile as hell. The cut got him an extra three yards.
Patience behind the line, vision, burst, touchdown.
He's slippery, which is amazing at his size. I like that he can bob and weave through traffic for 7-8 yards on first down.
Bounces to the outside here and that linebacker makes a good read, cutting off his angle.
I was waiting for some receiving work, and man did I get it. That's a really great catch for a running back. You love to see it.
Okay more Najee. Good vision to identify the cutback here. That's a nice run.
Easy hands. That's twice now that Najee has run a route down the field and caught it cleanly. A lot of of RBs only serve as a dump off outlet - I like that he's working down the field.
Maybe a little too patient here. I wish he would have seen it and given it more burst. He looked frustrated with himself at the end of the play.
Next game against Tennessee. I like how he identifies that the LB crashes so he calls for the ball knowing he's open.
Najee is really good around the goal line. As soon as he saw a crease on this one he put his head down and got the touchdown. (thank you for the overhead camera view, CBS)
I like running backs that find extra tough yards. Getting those yards after contact is so awesome for the offense. There's a big difference between 2nd and 3 and 2nd and 6.
LFGGGG 😤😤😤 This is stupid good on essentially a broken play. Gimme the running back with that "have to have it" attitude.
So. Damn. Good.
To be his size and to have that agility to go with that power... that's not fair.
The first guy just never gets Najee to the ground in space... and the second one doesn't do any better.
Breaking: strong man is strong.
Oh lord that stiff arm... he dribbled the defender like a basketball.
Najee turns a no gain into 4-5 yards a lot.
He's going to fall forward no matter how many defenders are draped on him, and I love that.
6'2" 230 lbs should not be allowed to do this. That's just not fair.
Najee is at his best when he's running behind his pads and trusting his instincts like this. He has great agility and ability to make the first tackler miss.
