Mini Thread: Going to mention some names here that I think are having impressive seasons but aren't receiving mainstream recognition for it.
[1] Luis Alberto
[2] Raphaël Guerreiro
[3] Mikel Merino
[4] Yusuf Yazıcı
[1] I feel that Alberto IS recognized in Italy but not so much outside it. His chance creation stats are elite. He's become one of the best 3rd phase playmakers in the world.

PS: the percentiles here are in comparison with all midfield roles but the actual output is still elite
IMO, he's Lazio's most important player as he heavily influences many facets of their play. He's integral to their central progression and is an impressive carrier of the ball. He's not only effective but also aesthetically pleasing and one of my favorite players to watch.

[2] in Raphaël Guerreiro's case, it's already acknowledged on here how underrated he's been for the last few years. But even this year, his attacking form has been immense. Ranking in the top 10 (itl) for multiple chance creation metrics with career highs in assists and xA

[3] Mikel Merino has consistently performed at a high level for about a year and a half for Real Sociedad. He has a strong physical build and tends to be duel heavy with a decent win rate (also strong aerially).

He's also vital to La Real's ball progression and attacking patterns through his vertical passing. He aids their wing oriented attacks with linkup on the left flank with Oyarzabal and Monreal and he often attacks open space with well timed runs.
[4] Yazıcı is having an amazing season for Lille so far. With excellent movement, linkup play and great ball carrying ability in the final third, he's produced 18 goal contributions in Ligue 1 and UEL. He is also (5.59) third in the league for Shot Creating Actions (p90)

Honorable mentions:
- Rodrigo de Paul
- Silas Wamangituka
- Pervis Estupiñán
End of Thread. Thank you for reading!

At the end of the days, these things tend to be quite subjective so I would like to hear what you guys have to say as well. All feedback is appreciated.
