When Fernandes was on the field, he also played 1 and 2 touch but he also carried the ball more. This is where Donny can improve. Donny needs to turn with the ball when he does get it, and take more risk. He's fully well capable of this.

My thoughts!
He needs time to adapt to the league/ team. The team also needs to learn about his style of play. Intelligent footballer - possession based - play combinations and goal threat. We should also utilize him at no' 8 to play to his strengths. He's fine - Patience.
