The main problem with Scottish football is the fixation on the Old Firm. St Johnstone vs Celtic is a NOTHING match and the fact it's the televised game this week is an embarrassment to our game, and an embarrassment on behalf of the schedulers.
Celtic are finishing second, St Johnstone are clear of relegation and won't compete for Europe.
Motherwell vs Hamilton - local derby and relegation implication.
Aberdeen vs St Mirren - European competition.
Dundee Utd vs Livingston - Top 6/European implications.
"Nobody outside of Scotland cares about those games" THEY AREN'T GIVEN THE CHANCE! Promote these games, big them up, big up the quality of individual players, talk about the incredible history of non old firm clubs. There's several great clubs in Scotland, give them respect.
