Cycle-loving proposals include:
- Develop a plan for improving cycling and walking (LCWIPs)
- Where possible, design pavements and junctions to prioritise pedestrians and cyclists over vehicular traffic.
- Introduce reduced speed limits for safer shared public space

- Local Plans to ensure new developments are designed with filtered permeability to promote sustainable travel
- Implement car free days in Devon’s urban areas.
