Recently I get myself into Social Media Management and Content Creation. The amount of information out there is absurdly abundance. Let me save you some time by summarizing my research.

Here are key takeaways you can learn from my research :
1. Confidence.
The pursuit of confidence is challenging, without it you won't post anything. With too much of it, you'll post stupid content. The key was to avoid Dunning Kruger Effect and understand how it affects you.
One indicator to know that you already achieve expertise is when you realize that your past thought process is utterly ridiculous.
2. Strategy of marketing remains the same.
If you never heard of AIDA Model before, you might want to check that out. The concept still applies to content ideation. Not everyone should post their BTS video, during their first post. Do something attentive instead.
During this process of understanding your audience, you might come out with better ideas that suit your audience. Always be attentive to your current position, this way you can relate more with your audience.
Pewdiepie's video of "How to get started on YouTube" explain these concept.
3. Listen to the people
Ideas and thoughts are self-fulfilling, which at one point important for innovation. Be yourself, while maintaining reality.
4. Understand your platform
Each platform has a different expectation. Understand what it is. YouTube can be versatile, but not all niches grow fast.

Each platform has its own format. Those who understand that reap the most.
1. Article Format requires Structured Article.
2. Video Format requires Good Structure for Maximum Retention.
3. Picture Format requires enough value, so people can engage with it.

There is so much more needed to be explored and learn.
5. Content Making is a skill.
Talking to a camera is a skill.
Creating a hook for your video is a skill.
Editing engages graphics is a skill.

All of these are skills that can be hone by deliberate practice, one just needs to have the right goals.
You need to put time, and effort to improve these domains. Not all first videos should be amazing, so start early. The loser you are at the beginning, and you made improvement along the way, the closer your audience will get to you. e.g Pewdiepie, Jalex Rosa.
6. Create Pillar Content, and micro-cut them.
This is how Gary Vee does it, on his YouTube channel. You can look up the Gary Vee Distribution model. The latter was for Article (type-ish).
7. Distributed! Distribute! Distributes!
One beautiful article everyone should read.
By the way guys, this is just my observation and deep research. If I'm missing out on anything or even worst, making mistake. Please let me know!
