Why feeling pain is a good thing?

[THREAD]
1.Pain is an uncomfortable sensation in our body.

Pain is a distressing feeling caused by intense or damaging stimuli.
2. When your hand touches a very hot object, your brain tells you to move your hand away from that hot object.

The brain tells you, "Do not stay at the same position."
3. When you sit all day, and you feel back pain.

Pain tells you to get up your ass on that chair.

Stand, stretch, walk and do some exercise.
4. Pain tells you that what you're doing is not a good thing, and that is GOOD.

"Good" in the sense that you will be aware of the things that are not good for you.

That you need to change how you do things.
5. Some people, when they feel pain, get unmotivated,

"It is so painful, I can't do this anymore." blah blah blah...

Do not be one of those people!
6. Instead, think!....

" What is the pain trying to tell me?"
7.
Pain tells you to move.
Pain tells you to listen to your body.
Pain tells you to do something different.

When you receive pain, tell yourself,

"This pain is temporary; it will be a good thing."
The pain you feel tells you that your body needs extra care.

You must pay attention to yourself.
Take steps to fix what hurts.
You have to accept pain if you want to be happy.

Trust me.

"Pain can make you feel better."
Learn to love the pain.
