I wanted the Lincoln Project to succeed. I had no delusions about who they were. Yes, they created the path for Trump but I invited their help in the election.

I decide how I feel about people based on behavior and I wanted to see how they behaved after 11/3.
"Generational wealth" is not a bad thing, but when there's a predator in the ranks, you don't stay quiet because money. You cut the cancer out and get out in front of the story. But they stayed quiet because million$ were rolling in. https://twitter.com/nadinevdVelde/status/1360400554976018432
'Young men were 'wizards' while young women were 'girls.' Political rivals were 'pussies' or 'cocksuckers' or 'faggots.'"

This is the behavior we expect from the GOP. Schmidt became a Dem. But as a leader, he accepted this behavior. No change. https://19thnews.org/2021/02/lincoln-project-toxic-workplace/
Sure, Rick is funny but he engaged in or was complicit in sexist behavior. He attacked me on his huge platform repeatedly because I dared to disagree with him in a civil way. I still RT'd him and LP because I hoped they were making a difference.
I didn't care about his petty attacks. I was willing to overlook personal feelings for the greater good. But, behavior.
I've gotten to know & respect @WalshFreedom. @CheriJacobus & @davidmweissman. Joe is conservative, Cheri was R, and is now Independent. David was MAGA, now Dem. Their behavior tells me they weren't in this for generational wealth. They're patriots who risked and they paid for it.
Again, I understood who LP folks were, and hoped that we could all come together for the greater good. Sometimes people do change, but the LP leaders brought their toxic practices to the group and it imploded. That's a real shame.
I'm an open and forgiving person. If behavior changes for the better, I hold no animosity. But these LP men and women failed to show they changed. Their behavior was crude, rude, and selfish. I hope they recognize this and make the effort to change their behavior.
