Loving your responses so far. I should add that I have 99% attendance and writing/research tasks in every GC lesson that I cycle through giving comments and feedback so I know engagement and outcomes and progress intimately

No 1 thing learnt from the excellent answers to this question: without laughter, teaching is an uphill struggle for many of us. This is why the best thing about my online lessons is how ridiculously funny my students are
