So I heard yesterday, the good honorary (?) Professor (?) Leitch had said that covid progress was stalling in Scotland. Eh??? What the hell??

Unless your own published stats are wrong.... of course!
If you are lying knowingly to the public, as I suspect, it's just amazing you are not smart enough to make your statistics up so it's a little more ambiguous. Either way, you are just devastatingly stupid.
