-Black communities mobilize to deliver control of gov’t to Dems
-GOP tries to throw out Black votes & incites an insurrection at Capitol
-Black LEO saves officials, Black staff cleans up
-Dems compromise w/ GOP

...b/c Republicans already said they’re going to acquit, so what’s the point of making any further effort at a public hearing? Let’s just give a medal & standing ovation to the one Black officer we ID’d as a convenient symbol, have a handshake among white gentlemen & move on.

It’s like the history of the US civil war, the fall of Reconstruction & the rise of Jim Crow all condensed into a 4 month timespan
