Shadyside Partners, LLC - Their website is pretty basic. WhoIS search is pretty anonymous.
The "Pittsburgh, IL" threw me off at first...but I did find one in Pittsburgh, PA....must have been an honest mistake.

Jeff Bourland - Lots of people named "Jeff Bourland", but there's not many by that name involved in "Investments" at "Family Offices" (think Wolfson https://familyoffices.com/wolfson-group/  ... remember that...it'll come up in the future).

716-533-9224 - The phone number. That was pretty easy to track down. Wow...does that owner's name sound familiar?

[email protected] - Hmm..who would have the initials "cl"? Must be support from the IT department at " http://shadysidepartners.com " to get an email address...probably harder than getting one at http://gmail.com .

606 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, IL 60610 - A salad of bad info because that address doesn't exist. Lots of "606 Liberty Ave" addresses in different states. And that zip code is from Chicago, IL.
