Pretty much every family member that calls me starts by asking if I have bought a house as yet I actually enjoy renting. I get tired of seeing the same fixtures/space within two years and I like not having the responsibility of maintenance. Home ownership doesn't excite me.

One of the other things I have realized is being able to move around freely has always allowed me to increase my earnings, network and overall quality of life. So I don't see it as a lost to pay to live somewhere for a period of time if the environment is giving me good returns
