A pitch should never be viewed from the investment/investor perspective but rather used as a means to streamline your thinking process and explain your idea to various stakeholders

1) RESEARCH

Talk about your market research.

What are the current industry trends and are they going to change in the future?

Back all your research with reports and data.
2) OPPORTUNITY

Connect your market research with the opportunity by explaining your users' expectations and their current reality
3) ROOT CAUSE

Briefly talk about the root cause of the gap between your users' expectations and their current reality
4) VISION

A one-liner that explains the 'painkiller' to solve the root cause you mentioned previously
5) VALUE PROPOSITION

Explain what will your users gain by fixing the root cause using your vision. Write all the points of your value proposition in canonical form, it helps users visualize/quantify the value
6) METHODOLOGY

What changes are you bringing, or what methods are you going to use to match your users' current reality to your vision.
7) UNDERLYING MAGIC

What is the secret sauce in your solution? How are you solving the problem differently that makes your value proposition compelling?
8) MARKET SIZE

How big is the total market? What is its CAGR? What is the total addressable market?
9) BUSINESS MODEL

Show your pricing tiers and the $ number. Add what your users get in each tier, for example, a different set of features in different tiers like Base, Business, and Enterprise.
10) COMPETITION

Do thorough research and list all your competitors. Explain how you are different than them in terms of positioning.
11) GO-TO-MARKET

How are you going to reach and acquire your users? How are you going to retain them? What are your sales channel?
12) INVESTMENT

How much has already been invested? What have you achieved (in terms of execution) with that investment?

How much do you need now? What are the deliverables?
13) MILESTONE

Timeline plot of what you are going to achieve/execute with the help of new investment
14) FINANCIALS

Your revenue projection (at least 3 years), profit and loss statement, and operating expenses.
15) TEAM

Briefly talk about your team members their role and skill sets
