ICE #echofirst StJude Viewflex through 10F
12F Steerable Medtronic FlexCath Advance. CAT12 goes though the flex cath
Steer catheter under ICE guidance and place near vegetation
Turn on Aspiration and latch onto the vegetation.
Repeat a few times. Would suggest using CAT8 to clean up residual areas. We stop at 500 ml blood loss in the canister.
Final ICE below, residual mass but debulking allows clinical improvement for pts who are Cx positive after IV Abx.
