So the wise thing would be the cost benefit analysis. The conservation reserves shouldn't be disturbed for the infrastructure building.

Moreover, the human interference in the forest areas would disturb the floura and fauna of the area and disturbing the ecological balance. The mentioned area has already gone through a lot with 9km NH44 stretch passing through it.
