Cakreśvara – The Ultimate Yogī
(Thread)

The yogī who, established in the central channel, experiences the succession of the whole of the Kālacakra - from Kālāgni Rudra to independent Śiva, in one Prāṇa Samcāra (flow). Such a Yogī is Śiva himself :

'शिवतुल्यो जायते' – शिव सूत्र
When we talk about Yogī-s and Siddha-s, they come in different hues. Some are more capable, some less. A Cakreśvara Yogi is a yogī who is the most capable - the highest of the highest Siddha.

Such a yogī rarely exists in a human body.
The vega (वेग) or outburst of the unlimited power of creation requires a suitable body to be contained. But when such a yogī exists in a human form, in a jivana mukta state, his condition is described as:

देहकलाया अविगलनात तत्समो जायते। देहपाते तु परमशिव भैरव भट्टारको भवत्येव।
Which means - "In and as a body, such a yogin is same as Śiva. When the dehapāta happens (shedding of the body), such a yogin becomes Paramaśiva Bhairava Bhaṭṭāraka."

He just remains on the edge of getting absolutely dissolved, even while in human form.
Our mechanism has 112+2 cakra-s which require activation - such a proccess of activation is called Cakrodaya Sādhanā, meaning - the ascent of/through cakra-s.

What are these cakra-s, how are they made? Read this small thread to have an idea: https://twitter.com/Mahadevangini/status/1351157186932695044?s=20
The yogī known as cakreśvara has complete mastery over all the collective of these cakra-s which is, as a whole, called Śakti Cakra.

This is not just about our personal bodies. The world also consists of these wheels. Yogī's body experiences oneness with the outside world.
Śakti chakra experienced in state of limitation/bondage/Pāśa is called Samsāra Cakram in Yogasūtra Bhāśya. And the same Samsāra is called Svapnam (dream) in Madālasā Lullaby which occurs in Mārkaṇḍeyapurāṇa where she sings to her baby how this limitation is a dream of Śiva.
शुद्धोसि बुद्धोसि निरँजनोऽसि सँसारमाया परिवर्जितोऽसि
सँसारस्वप्नँ त्यज मोहनिद्राँ मँदालसोल्लपमुवाच पुत्रम्।

The cakreśvara is not only who breakers the sleep. But has control over the entire process if dreaming too. He becomes Paramśiva himself.
Cakreśvara, as an epithet, is also used for Gaṇeśa because he is the deity which heads all the Gaṇa-s (parts of the universe) as Gaṇapati. In saguṇa sākāra form he is the super gaṇa, the īśvara, and in his true form he is the whole Śakti Cakra collective of all the energies.
