NEW: The NYAG just moved to dismiss the NRA's bankruptcy case. Their filing includes management self-enrichment spending as evidence. For example, between 2013 and 2017, Wayne LaPierre was "reimbursed for more than $1.2 million in expenses,” including $65,000 in Christmas gifts.
Wayne LaPierre billed the NRA $800 for mosquito control treatments at his home - calling them for "security purposes.”

There’s also a list of private air travel billed to the NRA. Oh, and the NRA paid Wayne LaPierre's *personal travel consultant* more than $13.5 million between August 2014 andJanuary 2020.
And, of course, the Illusions yacht, which has an inflatable slide, making it easier for NRA staff to work on "nonprofit" @NRA activities.
Also, one of the attorneys for NRA CFO Wilson Phillips just stepped down from the NYAG case, apparently rebuffing Phillips’ plea to "hold on for one more day."
