Paramount from bankruptcy. After that Paramount gave her a free rein 2 develop her own her own projects. She became the second highest paid person N America. She was the largest box office draw N films. She left movies 4 27yrs. and concentrated on her stage and night club act.
Returning N 1970 2 film "Myra Breckinridge". She made 12 movies, 23 plays, 11 albums, 7 books, and 27yrs. of night club entertaining. My favorites were: "She Done Him Wrong"(1933), "I'm No Angel"(1933), "Klondike Annie"(1936), "My Little Chickadee"(1940).She died Nov.22nd, 1980
