You can absolutely read this document from the CDC as "this crisis will never end. Children will be masked in school forever"

"Universal and correct use of masks should be required, at all levels of community transmission."

That is forever.

The best defense I've seen of the CDC's new school guidelines is "Maybe they will update this later on after more people get vaccinated"

If that's the best we can do, that's a tacit admission that this is bullshit.

Unless the CDC rescinds this COVID guidance, I say "give me my money back and let me send my kid to a school of my choice"
